Top 10 Most Underused Pro Wrestlers

These are the most underused and underrated current-day wrestlers throughout professional wrestling. I'm not strictly into WWE/TNA. I also watch ROH, FIP, PWG, CZW, Japanese wrestling, and others.

The Top Ten
  1. William Regal

Darren Kenneth Matthews is an English retired professional wrestler, trainer, talent scout, author, and color commentator. He is better known by his ring name, William Regal. He is currently signed to WWE as the Vice President of Global Talent Development.

Personally, I think Kane is the most underused wrestler. He's such an amazing talent, and he proved it when he had his mask, but after they took it off, it all went downhill.

But William Regal was really good when he was in the GM storyline. When they use him correctly, it could work to their benefit awesomely, but I don't think they really know how to use him correctly.

I think he's a very attractive man. He's really talented at what he does and is one of the BEST technical superstars I think the WWE has ever had. Other than that, he's very stunning and just flat-out sexy.

  2. The Brian Kendrick

He was a part of one of the best tag teams of all time, yet he never won a singles title.

I agree, plus he is from my hometown, lol. I was sad to hear that he got released. His "The Brian Kendrick" gimmick may not have been going anywhere, but come on, man, he has some serious talent.

    Not used much.

  3. Claudio Castagnoli

Claudio Castagnoli is a Swiss professional wrestler signed to All Elite Wrestling, where he performs under his real name. He previously starred in WWE from 2011 to 2022 under the ring names Antonio Cesaro and Cesaro. Before WWE, he wrestled in Ring of Honor and independent promotions such as Pro Wrestling... read more

Antonio Cesaro should have made this list. He will always be the most underrated wrestler. Incredible strength. His workouts are motivational and inspiring. Despite being just a wrestler, he got large pops on various occasions.

Talented wrestler. Amazing ring ability, strength, agility, and skills. Unfortunately, WWE will bury this talent too. They only have time for worshipping Bryan and Cena.

In terms of strength, he is better than Lesnar and Cena, in my opinion. He is thin and light and doesn't rely on muscles and steroids.

  4. Jamie Noble

Great technician, and he's gold on the mic.

  5. Alex Shelley

Patrick Kenneth Martin (born May 23, 1983), better known by the ring name Alex Shelley, is an American professional wrestler. He should have more titles than this, but I was so happy when he won the Rumble and beat Lesnar at the Grandest Stage of Them All.

    The Chosen One.

  9. Sheik Abdul Bashir/Daivari

He's actually a very good wrestler once you get past the annoying exterior.

  16. Homicide

Honestly, he was the freakin' man in ROH, and then he goes to TNA and is seen as the lesser member of a good tag team. Homicide shouldn't be in a team or in the X Division because he can whoop damn near everybody's asses in TNA.
