Yes it's one of the softest pokemon of all time.

3 Chikorita learns Razor Leaf at level 8

4 It evolves into Bayleef

Bayleef is awesome!

It looks very cool

5 Chikorita can beat Water, Ground and Rock type Pokemon

6 Chikorita's a well designed Pokemon

7 It can learn Body Slam pretty early

8 Chikorita has a lot of defense

My only issue with this is that it's Grass-type, so it still has five weaknesses, three of which (Fire, Flying and Bug) are common types.

11 Just because it’s weak to most of the opponents in the games it shows up in doesn’t mean it’s bad

12 It's still cute after it's fully evolved

I mean, it's my least favorite Johto starter and I avoid using it, but I like it for its design, and it stays cute as Meganium. Cyndaquil evolves into a flaming, menacing badger and Totodile becomes a savage, bloodthirsty alligator.
