Dijonay is a terrible friend in many episodes she acts very selfishly just to name a few moments in one episode during a sleepover she convinces Penny to invite some boys over in which she already invited regardless of wither Penny said yes or no, then after rumors about Penny and Myron being together in the closet starts going around and its made worse when Dijonay announces during the school announcements about the rumors in another episode both she and Penny but tickets for a concert but because both their parents are going to a marriage counsel they are unable to go to the concert and instead have to babysit their siblings Dijonay suggests to Penny meet her place so they can both watch over their siblings only for her to purposely ditch them with Penny so that she can go to the concert.
In a lot of the Ren and Stimpy episodes Ren is incredibly abusive towards Stimpy and on many occasions takes advantage of him for his own benefit like in "The Cat That Laid the Golden Hairball" where because hairballs are now worth a lot of money he opens up a factory and makes Stimpy produce more hairballs until he's unable to cough up more hairballs when his hairball gland is destroyed.

In my opinion she's the reason of why sherman was bullied, the reason of why sherman was punished, the reason of why mrs. grunion appears, I treat to say she was no more than a bratty troublemaker, and that to tell the truth, Sherman deserved a better partner.
