Dora the Explorer (2000 - 2019) is an American preschool educational animated TV series created by Chris Gifford, Valerie Walsh, and Eric Weiner in which Dora goes on adventures with her friend, a monkey named Boots. Well done people of TheTopTens. You've made yourselves look very mature by bashing such shows like Dora. It's aimed at much younger kids and while tries and fails to educate, it isn't intended for adults to make fun of. Face it, there are so many other cartoons with worse animation, story, and dialogue than this. Fanboy and Chum Chum, Allan Gregory, King Star King, yet you decide it's funny to call Dora the worst for no legitimate reason. Why can't people hold a serious opinion? The backlash towards this isn't for quality or story, rather because "it's stupid." Seriously. This level of immaturity here is ridiculous. Shape up, or get off TheTopTens.
This reason is really messed up. (Extremely sorry to whoever put this on the list about the worst things about Dora) This is why they made the boy version: Go Diego Go. So the girls can watch Dora and the boys can watch Diego. What is wrong with Dora being a girl?! I mean she may be annoying, it this definitely cannot be the first reason.
Whoever put this opinion up is simply sexist. when people think of Dora, they think of that 5 year old girl with that weird head going on adventures with her pet monkey. Changing her into a boy would be disastrous, if you ask me.
Hot Problems by Double Take, Boyfriend by Justin Bieber, the Kidz Bop All The Small Things cover(the original is awesome and the best though), and every BOTDF, Brokecyde, and Hello Kitty Suicide Club song are way worse than Baby by Justin Bieber. There are many songs worse than this song, even though this song is still pretty bad.
It is no where near the worst, Star Power is way worse. That crap "song "is the worst excuse of music I have ever heard and made me want to commit suicide. At least Baby is tolerable.

Nope, I actually find this song pretty decent, just overplayed that it got tiring. Wiggle by Jason Derulo is far worse, the lyrics are nasty and sick. The beat sounds like a bear in the woods made it. And I hate the vocals in that song too. At least Pharell Williams is a better singer and Happy isn't about twerking and it has a good beat.

Why do you all have to focus on just the 21st century? Why not WWI, WWII, the Great Depression, or the Middle Ages? Well, I'm pretty sure it's probably because there were bad music, movies and T.V. shows coming out of those years. Plus, I'm tired of the fact that 2018 is so high on the list is because you heard of so many bad things that have happened that year. Well, there was good to it too. Furthermore, think about what happened the 20th centuries or earlier, end of comment.
What about the years of the Black Plague, Great Depression, or World War 1 or 2? Jeez, just because 2014 had some bad songs or shows or whatever does not mean it is the worst year ever, grow up. What about years where people were losing their jobs, dying, and suffering? Those are truly bad years.
