She is easily the nicest of the sisters and they show that in the episode "Shop Girl" the siblings worried that Leni is too much of a pushover and try to teach her to be more aggressive and put herself ahead of others it works while they are at the mall but Leni decides on her own its much better to help others and does this by giving away all the clothes that she fought hard for and decided she did't really like the more aggressive her and goes back to just being her normal self and because everybody's was so grateful for what Leni did for them they end up rewarding her she even manages to get a job.
