Top Ten Winners of the 2019 NBA Trade Deadline

The 2019 NBA Trade Deadline has had a lot of winners and losers. On this list we will look at the winners. It could be a player, coach or a team. Feel free to disagree or add to this list.
The Top Ten
1 Toronto Raptors The Toronto Raptors are a Canadian professional basketball team based in Toronto, Ontario. The Raptors compete in the National Basketball Association, as a member of the league's Eastern Conference Atlantic Division.

The Raptors had a great deadline. They got Marc Gasol without giving up a lot. This makes them just little bit more competitive as this could be their year. It looks like he will fit in well. This was a good move. Good job Raptors.

2 Milwaukee Bucks The Milwaukee Bucks are an American professional basketball franchise based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Bucks compete in the National Basketball Association as a member team of the Eastern Conference Central Division.

This deal to get Mirotic was amazing. This team is now nearly unstoppable. The Bucks, I think, have to be the favorites in the East and maybe even the NBA.

3 Philadelphia 76ers The Philadelphia 76ers are an American professional basketball team based in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

The Sixers have a big 4 with Embiid, Harris, Butler, and Simmons. They have great role players with Redick, Simmons, Boban, and McConnell. Elton Brand made some great mover and now they look really scary.

4 Markelle Fultz

I love how Fultz is on the Magic. That is a genius move for the Magic. They really had nothing to lose, trading Simmons for Fultz. And now I think when Fultz is healthy he will be the number 1 option and we will actually see what he has.

*Earsplitting scream*

5 Houston Rockets The Houston Rockets are an American professional basketball team based in Houston, Texas. The Rockets compete in the National Basketball Association, as a member of the league's Western Conference Southwest Division.

The move for Austin Rivers, Iman Shumpert, and Kenneth Faried throughout this season were great moves. The Rockets look like a legit contender again. Maybe just one more 3-D guy on waivers will do it.

6 Marc Gasol Marc Gasol Sáez is a Spanish professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association.

See Marc Gasol on a good team is good. He won't have to take on this huge role in Toronto like in Memphis. He will be great in a lower usage roll in Toronto.

7 Orlando Magic The Orlando Magic are an American professional basketball team based in Orlando, Florida. The Magic compete in the National Basketball Association as a member club of the league's Eastern Conference Southeast Division.

The Magic made a great trade. They got Fultz. The only bad thing about that trade is giving up a pick. I love what they did. Good job Magic.

8 Los Angeles Lakers The Los Angeles Lakers are an American professional basketball team based in Los Angeles. The Lakers compete in the National Basketball Association, as a member of the league's Western Conference Pacific Division. Head coach: Frank Vogel Arena/Stadium: Staples Center NBA championships: 2020, 2010, 2009, 2002, 2001, 2000, 1988, 1987, 1985, 1982, 1980, 1972, 1954, 1953, 1952, 1950, 1949 Owners: Philip Anschutz, Ed Roski Jr., Patrick Soon-Shiong, Joey Buss, Johnny Buss, Jesse Buss, Jim Buss, Jeanie Buss, Janie Buss Did you know: The Los Angeles Lakers have the second-highest all-time NBA regular season win-loss record percentage (.598) among all current NBA teams.

The Lakers has a good deadline. I think it is good they didn't trade for Anthony Davis. I don't think we should trade our whole future for one guy. I like the Reggie Bullock move. I don't really like the Mike Muscala deal, but I can see the reasoning. Out of all these amazing free agents, I think we should be able to get one.

9 Mike Budenholzer

I think adding Mirotic into Budenholzer's system was really smart. I think if Mirotic makes the offense better, Budenholzer should win coach of the year.

10 Brooklyn Nets The Brooklyn Nets are an American professional basketball team based in the borough of Brooklyn, in New York City. The Nets compete in the National Basketball Association as a member of the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference.

Sure they didn't make any moves, but LeVert coming back this early from that gruesome injury says a lot about him, the training staff, and his teammates. I think the Nets will make the playoffs and maybe even upset a team.

The Contenders
11 Boston Celtics The Boston Celtics are an American professional basketball team based in Boston, Massachusetts. They are specifically known for honing infamous players such as Larry Bird, Bill Russell, Paul Pierce, and more. They are also known for having the most championships in NBA History, with 17 total.
12 Carmelo Anthony Carmelo Kyam Anthony is an American professional basketball player for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association.
13 Dallas Mavericks The Dallas Mavericks are an American professional basketball team based in Dallas, Texas. The Mavericks compete in the National Basketball Association as a member club of the league's Western Conference Southwest Division.
