Towelie is a talking towel who was genetically engineered by Tynacorp, in order to allow him to make people as dry as necessary depending on the situation. He is usually seen either appearing out of nowhere to give towel advice to the citizens of South Park or getting high.

8 Scott Tenorman Scott Tenorman is a major antagonist in the animated TV series South Park. He is the titular main antagonist in the Season 5 episode "Scott Tenorman Must Die", and returns as one of the two secondary antagonists of the Season 14 episode "201" (alongside Rob Reiner), and the main antagonist of the 2012 videogame South Park: Tenorman's Revenge. He was formerly voiced by Toby Morton, and is currently voiced by Trey Parker.

He was voiced by Matt Stone and first appeared in the Unaired Pilot before making his official series debut in the Season One episode, "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe". He was a major character in the early seasons, but was written out of the show and then killed off in "201".
