Top Ten Best NBA Franchises
The Top Ten
Honestly, I root for the spurs but I know the Lakers are the best. We had everyone. Kobe, LeBron, Kareem, Wilt, Shaq, AD, Magic, Mikan, West, and everyone else. We won the most titles and have a lot of championships. We literally are gonna win the finals this year.
This franchise just keeps on having superstar and in almost every era this franchise always seem to be a great challenge against other teams. Well, we talking about the greatest and this franchise has the most number of great players in the NBA.
15 Championships, Most wins in hisotry, Got players like Wilt Chamberlain, Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Kareem- Abdul Jabbar, 1 NBL Championship, Current NBA Championshon, Franchise worth $600 million dollars this is clearly a winning team
60 playoff appearances 34 division titles 31 conference championships 16 NBA championships name another team that has a better resume
Were talking all time not just before the 70's the celtics have 17 finals wins (the most wins recorded by an NBA team just so you know) we had Bill Russell, Larry Bird, Kevin Garnett, Robert Parish, Kevin Mchale, Bob Cousy, John Havlicek, Danny Ainge, Ray Allen, Nate Archibald, Rajon Rondo, Tom Heinsohn, Dennis Johnson, Jo Jo White, Sam Jones, Dave Cowens, and the list still goes on. On top of all that we a shove the fact that we won 9 finals in a row down your throat LAKERS!
Most championships. Lakers "fans" don't count the championships before the 70's because the Celtics beat the Lakers year after year. 6 Celtics championships against the Lakers during the 60's.
Celtics have more championships without the warm weather to attract free agents that's how you know you have a bunch of morons running the Lakers.
17 titles and as a Celtics fan I am proud of that. Some of the best players ever have worn a green jersey such as Bill Russell,Larry bird,Kevin McHale,Bob Cousy, and many others. Also we will many others in further with are young talent. Salty Lakers fan say don't count before the 70s because we kept on beating them year after year.
Even though the Spurs may not have another ring to top Chicago or Golden State, but they sure do have an identity in winning as they are the most winningest team in basketball, and all sports history. That is something to not be ignored.
How is chicago above Spurs? They only won 6 rings because of michael Jordan and Scottie pippen themselves. The Spurs may have only won 5 rings but that team literally missed 4 playoff series in the ENTIRE FRANCHISE which started 1966 when they were in ABA and the last they missed the playoff is when David Robinson got injured and the Spurs ended up going on tank mode so that they could get Tim Duncan and since then they never missed the playoff and won 5 rings and had a 50+ win streak for 19 seasons straight. The Bulls are no even close to being as good as the Spurs.
The Spurs have proven to be the most consistently good basketball team of all time. There is really no debating it. They are always a threat, especially when others rule them out.
The spurs are the most underrated and most consistent team in the nba of all time. We were at the playoffs for over 2 decades and won over 50 games each season 20 times. We had the best coach of all time and broke the streak of the Kobe/Shaq championship streak
Even though my team is the Knicks I gotta say the bulls in the 90's were the best basketball team ever... Jordan, Pippen, Rodman were no joke... commin from a Knicks fan
A history of greatness, who's stuck with crappy ownership and coacing
Go bulls and in the 90s they were unstopable (i think I wasn't born then)
Spurs are much more domenent
Similar to other teams on the list, an amazing history, but have struggled to get another ring. Many of their current players are one trick ponies, I mean Simmons can't shoot, and Embid went 0/17 a few months ago.
This logo to me isn't the Sixers logo we all know and love.
The Allen Iverson era is the main reason the 76ers are what they are today.
This is where they deserve to be people think they are the worst team in history. When they're team hasn't won a championship yet. They also forget Wilt,Malone, and Dr. J. I do agree that they're not the best now but all time they're up there.
Easily one of the most historic franchises in all of sports history
Should've won '88 finals.Bad Boyz took it in '89 and '90. Was the only team considered to have been able to stop MJ. Dominated Eastern conference in the 2000s and won it all in '04 too. Overall has held one of the greatest defensive teams of all time...say no more
To the knicks fan below the pistons have more titles all time than you! The bad boys won back to back and equaled your championship total themselves
Pistons got the history the money and some crazy fans
Team basketball... the way it should be.
The latest great dynasty in basketball, but losing Curry and Thomson to injury, and Durant to the Nets really hurt. Draymond Green went from hero to zero. 2021 could prove to be a wonderful rebound with that top draft pick.
Now they are boss! Curry is my favorite player. I think they will win it all for a second straight year!
This is the first time they have even been good their franchise is not that good
Warriors has 6 championships, and could go beyond now that they have 5 all stars.
How will history remember the Miami Heat?
History will remember the Miami Jeat for its historic 4 straight finals run
History will remember the Miami Heat for winning 27 games won in a row
History will remember the Miami Heat as the player who had stars like Dwyane Wade, Alonzo Mourning, Lebron James, Tim Hardaway, Chris Bosh, Eddie Jones, Gary Payton etc
History will remember the Miami Heat as the franchise with 5 conference titles
History will remember as The only team win the finals down each of their series
History will remember the Miami Heat as only the third team in history to win the finals down 0-2
History will remember the Miami Heat as the franchise who broke up Boston's Big 3
History will remember the Miami Heat as only the 6th franchise to win Back-to-backs
History will remember the Miami Heat as the only team to beat the San Antonio Spurs in the finals
History will remember the Miami Heat as the only team to win the finals while trailing ...more
Not as much history as the other top franchises, but it is the most successful expansion franchise. Pat Riley put his championship pedigree to work, and has brought 3 NBA titles, 5 Eastern Conference titles, and numerous Division titles to South Beach.
Not as historic as some of the other teams but they had their time, and guys like Wade and Lebron demand respect.
They have only been in the NBA for 26 years and have been a good team almost every year.
Easily top 10 their better than the bad boy pistons have more years in the nba than any other team Utah jazz yeah right they have no titles the knicks have been to the finals 5 times come on they should be higher
Why is their team this high overrated only 2 titles
2 rings compared to cavs 0 ring
They are a good franchise but shined at the wrong time but they can do it know I think with LeBron back Kyrie staying and Love coming
Just won the championship
Hakeem is the greatest beside magic, Michal and bill
Real Guns all round and plays there young players GO HOUSTON!
Reminds me of when I took a HUGEE SHIET, it wasn't very pretty ;(
The Jazz should be number 7 John Stockton and Karl Malone and Jeff hornesek I mean it is harder to get better then them three
They were amazing in the 1990's and the early 2000's and are now back to greatness
John Stockton Karl Molone are the best dynamic duo ever
John Stockton and Karl Malone best dou of all time.
Terrible on the court, but the best organization off the court taking care of employees and the community. Class act org despite C grade players.
They were really good in the 90s and even better in the 2000s going to the conference finals almost every year.
Steve nash is great
Even though the Suns haven't won an NBA finals yet but they are one of the winningest franchises of all time
Only good because of Abdul-jabbar and the Big 'O'! They shouldn't be on this list.
Best team ever. We had Kareem Abdul Jabbar and Oscar Robertson. We also have Giannis and Middleton
Great at developing talent. Look no further than FVV and TD3
The offense is so much better then their deffence
Really... The Best Team In History That Sells Like Physically The Best Things Ever, You Put Down Here... I Think People Here Are Taking Drugs...
Paul gourge is amazing
Dirk is boss
Definitely moving up this list once Ja and Jaren reach their heights
Fantastic team! very underrated
My favorite team (OKC Thunder) used to play in Seattle
Sonics are on 76er level
Some of y'all don't know it
They cannot even make shots wall isn't very good at all
Better then people think
Actually they have never been to the Conference title
Most championships in the league, won 40 in the 1400s
They are not lucky they are unlucky as they have lost Kevin Durant and only have Russel Westbrook.
They are the best
My favorite team.
