Best Edge Rusher/Pass Rush Tandems Coming Into the 2019 Season

An Edge rusher is a position where the player is considered with versatility and can play in two types of defensive schemes, but to have two of those players do that is even more unreal to go by.
The Top Ten
1 Von Miller and Bradley Chubb - (Broncos)

The new Batman and Robin duo right here, Von Miller one of the best in the game, and Bradley Chubb one of the best rising stars to be and for a rookie to get 8 or 9 sacks so quickly as a linebacker very impressive.

2 Calais Campbell and Yannick Ngakoue - (Jaguars)

I could of put em #1 simple because those two combined are what lives up to the Jaguar name in itself. Calais Campbell a veteran of the game just gets better with age, while a young unknown and underrated Yannick probably the best supporting edge rusher in football.

3 Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram - (Chargers)

Bosa and Ingram create pure unpredictability when they position side by side opposing ends are a nightmare to find in loaded Chargers defense. We might see much more trickery this season with some new addition this team is literally right on the cusp.

4 Myles Garrett and Olivier Vernon - (Browns)

Myles Garrett looks and plays nothing like Coutney Brown playing like he is a Zion type guy already. New acquisition Olivier Vernon can be a plug in support guy that can take some pressure off of Myles. The two create an interesting tandem pair.

5 J.J. Watt and Jadeveon Clowney - (Texans)

J.J. Watt a one handed strong athletic army beast. Jadeveon Clowney 1st overall pick five years ago has shown to be the anchor up the middle the two combined have done much to gain some ground on this pretty good houston defense.

6 Everson Griffen and Danielle Hunter - (Vikings)

Still puzzled with the whole Everson Griffin ideal, and that might have played a factor why Minnesota was very off when they played several very good teams. Danielle Hunter on the other hand is just showcasing to the world he is a very overlooked piece on that defense that's pretty impressive. If the two can come back to how they were two seasons ago than your staring at a top 5 edge rushing duo once more.

Don’t worry Griffin is not mentally ill he just stop taking his medication he good now any who Hunter is now an elite rusher Griffin should hopefully return to his elite self

7 DeMarcus Lawrence and Robert Quinn - (Cowboys)

DeMarcus Lawrence is one of the best up front. Joining him though is long time veteran Robert Quinn who 5 five year ago was good, but his ranking up sack has since dropped. This could pick back up again with unreal talent up front of this Dallas defense.

8 Ryan Kerrigan and Montez Sweat - (Redskins)

With the losses of Preston Smith and Zach Brown. Indicated Redskins would need another guy in the middle, but could also play up front, and what they got is maybe the next Maurice Hurst perhaps in Montez Sweat. Being mentored by Ryan Kerrigan being one of the best of his position says a lot, and that could be a very underrated duo everybody is sleeping on. I just see that up front 3-4 defense being kinda similar to how the Eagles made it to the super bowl if they do it right.

9 Dee Ford and Nick Bosa - (49ers)

I wanted to put them higher, but with an injury Nick Bosa is dealing with when well we see him debut? Maybe not be right away unfortunately, but maybe when we do these two could wreck serious havoc stealing away Dee Ford from the Chiefs could prove to be an improving game changer on what was already a weak looking defense may slowly start to get better.

10 Trey Flowers and Romeo Okwara - (Lions)

With the addition of Trey Flowers this would mean that Okwara the unknown free agent signing managed to fit into this Matty Patty scheme up front. While they do imply Da’Shawn Hand is the featured opposing end I feel like it will transition with these two knowing there is a New England connection here, and that the Lion opposing defensive front looks promising on paper.
