Lucas, on the other hand, saved the world from the wicked and sadistic overlord Porky Minch, who almost destroyed the world irreparably!

Kefka Palazzo is a character in the Final Fantasy series of video games. Originally designed by Yoshitaka Amano, he appears in the 6th installment of the series - Final Fantasy VI. I'll admit, I didn't know that Kefka counted as a Nintendo villain, but gosh. The guy poisoned a river that an entire town was drinking from for KICKS! He literally just stands there, listening to people dying horribly from poison!
Ridley is a villain from the Metroid series and a character from the Super Smash Bros. series. He's Samus Aran's archenemy and has been fighting her since day one with the first Metroid game in 1986. When Samus was three years old, Ridley murdered her parents in front of her. He is a member of the Space Pirates and works for Mother Brain. Ridley murdered Samus's parents and then made her life a living hell!

President Max Profitt Haltmann is the villain of the game Kirby Planet Robobot. He is the president and CEO of the company Haltmann Works Company, and is also the penultimate boss of the game. After he gets defeated, he uses Star Dream, his machine, to defeat Kirby as a last resort. He eventually gets taken over by his now-sentient robot, who is revealed as the final boss of the game.
