Top Ten NFL Teams Most Likely to Win Super Bowl 54 (2020)

Let's reset from this moment on a new season must come full circle like a wilderness journey must begin from off-season to on its course to proper ways to winning consistently. These teams are the odds on favorites that has it looks to be.
The Top Ten
1 New England Patriots The New England Patriots are a professional American football team based in the Greater Boston region. New England Patriots are one of the few teams to have 5+ wins in the Super Bowl.

With their weakest of Six super bowl victories the Patriots somehow got to the end even with guys like Gronkowski having such a terrible season, and a very dare I say average Tom Brady compared to the other two seasons it just feels so odd how they did it seeing who they lost to you would think this team is screwed, but they do this every single time. Yet they adjust to the league somehow enough with not just two, but three running backs that can run at times when it counts it truly is the Patriot way all these years we fought it was the end when they to Philly, but at this point does anybody know when the end is near.

As much as I hate to see this team keep winning they always find a way and it's one of those things that you can't deny them unless you prove it. So honestly who knows when the Empire will end

I hate the pats, but, their probably gonna win the super bowl. But, good news! Tom Brady last season is the 2020-2021 season! In the 2021-2022 season, we can see a new super bowl winner!

2 Kansas City Chiefs The Kansas City Chiefs are a professional American football team based in Kansas City, Missouri. The Chiefs compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's American Football Conference West division.

Maybe I'm jumping the gun putting the Chiefs up here, but if he can get some help from a defense that gave up a ton of points in the season than maybe 2019 may finally be the glass that breaks for this franchise, and a dawn of Patrick Mahomes has arrived officially if not the MVP consolation prize. Yes they have some notable needs, but that was one of the best Andy Reid's teams for sure that had a chance at the super bowl only to lose by via coin toss pretty much.

Well they were so close to getting there. Mahomes carried them pretty much all year and broke several records, slayed the Arrowhead playoff demons and won MVP in the process all in year 1. If they can make a few off-season moves to fix the defense then they are headed in the right direction and could maybe finally end their long Super Bowl drought. They already completed step 1 and fired Bob Sutton

3 New Orleans Saints The New Orleans Saints are a professional American football team based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Saints currently compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference South division.

Well this is quite odd to see the Saints not go out on top, but to have a controversial pass inference no call in their season as the Rams went to the super bowl. Saints looked like they were ready to win another one, but to get that close, and to have it be like that is one to question for a long time. Well Drew Brees may not retire just yet, but can he have another season like he had in 2018? If so, will his secondary be a lot better next time?

4 Los Angeles Rams The Los Angeles Rams are a professional American football team based in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

They got the all star talent to succeed, and a young head coach that has made an impact in the NFL many teams wanted that next Sean McVay type coach and while I'm not saying that idea might not be the best option, but there is only one Sean McVay and that's that his one top of the world enjoying his job with the rams, and the players around him. They have a weakness though in the passing defense, but other than that the Rams are a tough team to face for the forsaken future to come.

They might have stalled out against the Pats but they still have all the talent they need to get there. I expect big things to come in the short term future for these guys. There should be no reason why they can't win a Super Bowl in the next 3-5 years

5 Cleveland Browns The Cleveland Browns are a professional American football team based in Cleveland, Ohio. The Browns compete in the National Football League as a member team of the American Football Conference North division. The Cleveland Browns are one of the four teams to have never been to a Super Bowl, and one of two teams to go 0-16.

Yes that's right folks I'm getting on the Browns hype train in 2019 because the way they played once Hue Jackson left town, and got the pink slip the team vastly improved. Baker Mayfield let loose to many's surprise with fewer by his side felt incredibly dangerous slinging the ball on all sides of the field all he'll need are some upgrades with Jarvis Landry and you could see a sneaky good football team finally restored. The talent is there, and if Freddie Kitchens is that right guy in place. Look out Cleveland Football just got exciting again.

Cleveland has officially experienced the Renaissance era. Gone are the days of Hue Jackson. The Browns are going up. A lot of people criticized them for taking Mayfield and in the second half of the season he proved that he was exactly the kind of guy who Cleveland has needed. He brings firepower and gives Browns fans something they haven't had in a long time. Hope.. if they can make smart moves and if Kitchens is a good leader then lookout NFL the Browns are Back.

No, the browns suck bad right now. They are 2-4 as of week 6, and are really overrated. They are horrible, and had a huge loss to the niners and lost to the rams

6 Indianapolis Colts The Indianapolis Colts are an American football team based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Colts compete in the National Football League as a member club of the American Football Conference South division.

Amazing how they went from a team that looked to just building building itself to having one of the best turnarounds in a season ever. The Colts went from having the worst protection in football to the second best (Behind Saints) That's a deadly combination to have for an offense that dominates like they do the addition of Quenton Nelson, and Braden Smith are big steals for the 2nd round of the 2018 draft if they do that again on defense with linebacker sensation Darius Leonard getting big boosts they could be closer than we think.

Amazing what can happen when you give Andrew Luck some protection. This is a team that I could see competing with the Big boys in the AFC just get a few more pieces and they're good to go

7 Los Angeles Chargers The Los Angeles Chargers are a professional American football team based in Los Angeles. The Chargers compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's American Football Conference West division.

This team looked like they were on their way with the super bowl in sight, but the Patriots stopped them once again. What is it with Philip Rivers, and now we know he can't beat Tom Brady? I don't get it, but anyways this team is pretty well balanced, and could give the Chiefs a run for their money at times. Its hard to say what their need is really seeing the team looks very stacked, and primed for more ammunition in young talent maybe at linebacker, or Wide Receiver since Travis Benjamin is looking to be kinda not the system 3rd guy there if anything.

They have all the pieces to get there it's just a matter of winning when it matters most. And why Rivers can't beat Brady is beyond me

8 Chicago Bears The Chicago Bears are a professional American football team in Chicago, Illinois. The Bears compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference North division.

Awe don't get me wrong they had a great season, but there's two things I need to see if they are contenders in 2019 and that's can Chuck Pagano out due Vic Fangio, and next have a solid kicker who you had and gave to San Francisco? The front runner to win the north again, but I wouldn't be surprised at the same time though if for some reason something could be off.

They have a solid defense but what needs to happen is they need to get a few more pieces on offense and maybe a better kicker.. that might be important. Other than that they should be good to go assuming that nobody gets injured. They could very well rebound from that heartbreaking defeat to end it last year

9 Philadelphia Eagles The Philadelphia Eagles are a professional football franchise based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Eagles compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference East division.

For the Eagles this could be a very tough off-season to keep everybody in check, but their talent is so deep that cannot be ignored, and furthermore they were a touchdown away from going to the championship truly shows the durability this team goes through. I mean if anywhere trading Nick Foles if that's the case that could happen might either make or break the team moving forward because if Carson Wentz is injured prone a 3rd time you have problems keeping him upright. Same goes for your starting running back you lost in 2018 can the running game be restored from being almost dead last in. Secondary looks to always be a need your corner depth was so bad you might as draft every single corner available. Can luck stay with Philly once more is the question?

Once again they must answer the question do you take Wentz or Foles. And do you trade the other one? If you keep Wentz and he goes down again what happens then? Can everyone return to 2017 form? There's a lot of questions going into this off-season for Philly and the answers could very well decide their fate in the short term future at least

10 Dallas Cowboys The Dallas Cowboys are a professional American football team based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The Cowboys compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference East division.

I was very surprised the Cowboys not only made the post-season, but in return fire their offensive coordinator as well for how far they made it. Like the Browns though although hey have the better gifted leader Dak Prescott however proved all the doubters wrong that he could win a playoff game, and keep his team in the game especially when it counts. The two things they should do is re-sign Lawrence, and Irving to key pieces on that very impressive D-Line. If they can get an extra weapon Dak can go to that isn't Amari Cooper this team could be near a title opportunity perhaps, and I'm not a Cowboys fan by any means.

They have a surprisingly solid defense and a few offensive weapons to work with. If they can get maybe another weapon or a defensive playmaker then they'll be in a great spot going forward

The Contenders
11 Houston Texans The Houston Texans are a professional American football team based in Houston, Texas. The team competes in the National Football League as a member club of the American Football Conference South division.

All they need is a good O-Line, and maybe you could finally say super bowl contenders by the way they look just need some adjustments, and they look primed if Bill O'Brien blows this one again than there is gonna be something to pay by the fans who expect the best of Houston here and now than oppose to the future.

12 San Francisco 49ers The San Francisco 49ers are a professional American football team located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Part of me feels they'll need to give it there all if we see actual progress for this niners team open paper looks good, but if injured like before than this team may need to find other ways resorting some of these guys to new homes if all fails. Especially with Seattle and Rams not easy to deal with one bit.

Last year I thought they would be good until injuries hit them hard and brought any hopes they might have had to a grinding halt. This time around I don't know if I have high expectations for them. Let's see what they look like. Make the playoffs first then we'll talk Super Bowl chances

13 Baltimore Ravens The Baltimore Ravens are a professional American football team based in Baltimore, Maryland. The Ravens compete in the National Football League as a member club of the American Football Conference North division.

Lethal running attack the passing game decreased as the season went on, and that's what ended up biting em in the end. Next season balance out the offense maybe you get somewhere especially with that tough defense shouldn't be going to waste in free agency gotta re-sign all of them.

Lamar Jackson brought some firepower to an otherwise inconsistent and uninspired offense. After ultimately saving Harbaugh's job maybe get him some more weapons to work with and keep the defense in tact and they could be well on their way to another Lombardi trophy

14 Seattle Seahawks The Seattle Seahawks are a professional American football franchise based in Seattle, Washington. The Seahawks compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference West division.

While the 49ers could turn it around better next season with what they have building up to this point. Seattle surprised many when they got as far as the playoffs for a team that lost pretty big pieces during the season. Maybe Pete Carroll is the long term coach they need to keep contending. I mean the focus would manly be the defense seeing the secondary is the weakness moving forward Earl Thomas made it clear his gone from the organization, and more help would be big, and maybe Seattle could have that team all ready again who knows Russell Wilson plays like a top 5 Quarterback now with average weapons around he throws to. For a team many fought the gap is thinning for that slicing there actually not in a bad spot right now.

Surprising how well they actually were this season. I thought they would be dead in the water but no they weren't. All they need is some more defensive players and then we could possibly be seeing a revival of the Super Bowl era in Seattle. If they fix the defense could it be the Legion Of Boom 2.0?

15 Tampa Bay Buccaneers The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are a professional American football franchise based in Tampa, Florida. The Buccaneers currently compete in the National Football League as a member team of the National Football Conference South division.

Maybe I'll get laughed at for this one, but think about the two key factors they hired Bruce Arians, and Todd Bowles are back, and that could finally turn this team around, but I can't say Jameis Winston is anywhere gonna improve at this point so if Bucs do it right they draft a potential replacement, and if he does pan out than 2019 was a success rather its make the playoff or just coming up short is acceptable.

16 Minnesota Vikings The Minnesota Vikings are an American football team based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Vikings joined the National Football League as an expansion team in 1960, and first took the field for the 1961 season.

Well this off-season should be interesting as Captain Kirk wasn't the answer in year 1. Honestly this team could go one of two ways. Finish the same as this year or maybe reevaluate their team and go from there. Whichever way they choose will likely determine their future for the next few years. You better hope that Kirk Cousins will be the answer or else suffer disappointment of not making the playoffs and a waste of 84 million dollars. Da Bears ain't feeling sorry for ya so choose wisely

Imagine that bring in Kirk Cousins, and the team missed the playoffs oh if this is a continuing problem they could finish perhaps worse beyond this, or maybe they reflect on the season, and keep all their guy vital off-season for Minnesota especially trying to complete with Chicago in the North.

17 Pittsburgh Steelers The Pittsburgh Steelers are a professional American football team based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, that competes in the National Football League. Pittsburgh Steelers have won the most Super Bowls with 6 which currently stands today.

Well well well I think the drama is finally catching up with them. Antonio Brown is wanting to leave the Steelers. Le'Veon is still on Hiatus and the whole season was pretty much a mess as they turned into the football version of the Kardashian's. The off-season is off to a rocky start in Pittsburgh so far. Honestly the drama will end up tearing this team apart and be their demise

Well the demise begins folks the Steelers are on free fall right now, and while there fortunate to have the replacements of Brown, and Bell. If Big Ben does leave being halfway up could look more like a bottom 10 team if that's the case of the ceiling to be.

18 Carolina Panthers The Carolina Panthers are a professional American football team based in Charlotte, North Carolina, that competes in the National Football League.

Clearly have the talent around them, but strange they had the 2nd half collapse they had I know Ron Rivers is better than that, but if he can't still get this team in the playoffs than maybe there's a good chance he deserves to be fired.

I feel like they have the pieces to get it done it's just a matter of execution.

19 Tennessee Titans The Tennessee Titans are a professional American football team based in Nashville, Tennessee. The Titans compete in the National Football League as a member club of the American Football Conference South division.

The main problem with the Titans was consistency. This was a team who had bursts of potential but also slumped at times. It felt like Mariota was injured every other week which is not a good thing. Maybe if his health problems continue maybe drafting a QB as a backup wouldn't be a bad idea because they were definitely worse with Blaine Gabbert. It's possible to get a good rookie just ask the Browns or Ravens. If they can play more consistent then maybe they have a chance.

Mike Vrabel was very close, but if your offense doesn't shape up to get better beyond 2019 there could be problems for Marcus Mariota since its been two years now he has struggled. Great defense, but man they can't do it with an average offense its rare teams can win like that, but in today's league does Tennessee have that format?

20 Detroit Lions The Detroit Lions are a professional American football team based in Detroit, Michigan. The Lions compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference North division. The Detroit Lions are one of the four teams to have never been to a Super Bowl, and also one of the two teams in history to go 0-16.

Well a lot on the line for the troll like Lions team that was the 2018 season, we have no idea what to expect, and if they finish last again it will result in a self-destruction coming in motor city meaning the patriot way goes, and Matthew Stafford should find a new team in 2020. For how I view things that could be for the best in the new coming decade.

21 Denver Broncos The Denver Broncos are an American football team based in Denver, Colorado. The Broncos compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's American Football Conference West division.

Like the Titans great defense, but man that offense is pretty much like the Titans more less it ain't even funny. Good running back, less quality like weapons around the quarterback in which case will they actually get one that works?

If they want any chance they need to take care of the offense. That's been their biggest problem ever since Peyton Manning retired.

22 Buffalo Bills The Buffalo Bills are a professional American football team based in the Buffalo–Niagara Falls metropolitan area that competes in the National Football League. Buffalo Bills had the longest playoff drought of any team which came to an end in 2017.

Josh Allen has potential to be good in this league, but man does he need help around him. For a guy as young, and tall can't let him be the one man wrecking crew. Defense can be good, and sometimes not always hopefully that can be more consistent level in 2019.

This was one of the most difficult teams to dissect last year. They had both good and bad stretches. If they want to take a step in the right direction they should focus on giving Josh Allen some help. He can't be a one man team

23 Green Bay Packers The Green Bay Packers are a professional American football team based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Packers compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference North division. The Packers have won 4 Super Bowls and 13 NFL championships.

Well 2018 was a stunning disaster for what use to be old faithful Green Bay Packers. You would think with Aaron Rodgers you can't do worse well in 2017 without him 7-9 in 2018 same result almost I mean I have no faith in Matt LaFleur who is pretty much a yes man who when he was with the Titans was oh 29th in the passing game how is this gonna improve the offense exactly, and you better be careful with Aaron Rodgers. They need help in secondary you did a good job showing off what you can do at corner, but you lost two key man at safety both off, and during the 2018 season. Mason Crosby might as well retire because his woeful age is starting to show sorry, but that's the truth you can't seriously have an anymore horrendous showing than against Detroit on the road, and miss I believe 5 field goals in one game I mean that's bad. I noticed not just in 2018, but years prior Rodgers hasn't had a strong offensive line in quite a long time aside from his left tackle he really has a offensive line with massive problems in protection. I just don't like where this Packers team is heading, and in all honesty I don't see progression being done here I'd be shocked, but they just look like a last place team with a head coach that wasn't even one of the hot candidates to go after be a big miss opportunity because they wanted the next Sean McVay.

24 New York Jets The New York Jets are a professional American football team located in the New York metropolitan area.

They could take that next leap, or maybe they just won't because frankly why did they hire a guy who was an enemy coach in Adam Gase? I get him being a quarterbacks coach for Sam Darnold would fit him well, but not as the main head coach I don't see this evolving that much if that's the case. Jets need to resign key guys like Andre Roberts, Robby Anderson, Jason Myers and many others Jets are in a bad situation in cap space. Which is why they could be bottom feeders some more, or could just be above the division as high as 2nd, but that's not saying a whole lot when Patriots almost every year.

Honestly there's not a whole lot to work with here. Darnold has some potential and I get the Adam Gase hire makes sense in this situation but really? Having him be the head coach? I'm not sure that's the best move. Heck he was mediocre at best in Miami. Really I don't see much change for these guys.

25 New York Giants The New York Giants are a professional American football team located in the New York metropolitan area.

For this Giants team there's two scenarios in 2019... surprise many and get to the playoffs, or the other option their stubborn, and don't find that next future replacement for Eli Manning and 2019 will be an utter failure. Barkley is a stud, and it be ashame to waste him on a pretty much done Eli Manning and if you don't see it look at the way he throws to hi targets should really figure that out. Aside from that target the trench heavily because the G-Man are most vulnerable in O-Line, and D-Line from what I can gather. Will Hernandez is pretty good, Nate Solder is still trying to get to know the system a little more so give him another year, but still something to consider for sure. The secondary may take a big hit if they don't resign Landon Collins in the off-season so you could argue that secondary could be a big need, and I can see that as well, but most important than all is get that quarterback first round otherwise same result again, and again.

My suggestion for them is to get a new Quarterback. Eli is pretty much past his prime and doesn't have any powers to derp his way to another Super Bowl. And it's not hard to find a good young quarterback. Just ask The Browns,Ravens, Chiefs, or Texans. All of them have pretty much hit the QB jackpot. Plus they have Odell and Saquon to work with. If they can do that and fix the Oline and Dline I could see a resurgence of the GMen
