Dandy is pretty pathetic in general, but can you even IMAGINE how much the life of this version of him sucks? His main talent is sitting on chairs and droning on and on and ON about how much he wants to die while doing so, and his versions of Meow and QT are so pathetic that they almost cause Regular Dandy's versions of Meow and QT to look like non-pathetic ones
Luigi might be considerably less brave and famous than Mario, but at least he still is able to successfully rescue the princesses that he goes after and generally have a pretty happy life; Sponge, on the other hand, has an existence whose only real purposes are allowing him to make other people happy by sucking all of their sadness into himself and allowing other people to mock him for how unbelievably lame he is. Ultimate, it is considered one of the best characters in the game.
