Top 10 Performers from Week 4 of the NFL 2019 Regular Season

The Top Ten
1 J.C. Jackson

The goal for the Patriots was to load up on three major positions... Wide Receivers (falling apart a bit), Trenches (looks good), and the secondary (Great backfield). To me this defense is looking to be historic to the point who is going to beat the Patriots come playoffs? How can any team go toe to toe with this physical defense testing your limits like they did on the road to the Bills with 4 picks two of them coming from J.C. Jackson who is a very underrated player in that talented defense they have assembled.

2 Nick Chubb

Well if there was a do or die moment for the Browns it was right here on the road to Baltimore. Playing a tight game until half time adjustments were made, and here comes Nick Chubb absolutely destroying the Ravens's defensive front line like nothing. Another guy who deserves credit as well would be Jarvis Landry putting up a impressive game keeping them in it early.

Had a huge game for the Browns in a key game

3 Leonard Fournette Leonard Joseph Fournette III is an American football running back for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League.

In the 2nd half things changed dramatically like it has been for Denver. They do good all up until near the end of the 3rd quarter where the worst thing could ever happen they lose Bradley Chubb, and here comes Fournette stomping with anger in mile high with 200 yards rushing killed all hope of a possible win out the door. In a way the last two games may have saved the idea of trading away Jalen Ramsey based on how much better they played.

4 Chris Godwin

Many were not sure if Godwin would play he became active, and tore all over that Rams's defense liek they were second rate. the combination of Talib and Peters were having serious trouble the impressive duo of Evans and more specifically Godwin's monster 1st half showing. Eventually the Bucs win to a stunning 55 points smacked down to the defending NFC Champions.

5 Marshon Lattimore

From what I remember seeing of this game Lattimore played a great shut down game against Amari Cooper not giving him 50 yards, nor a touchdown that's a big win to me. The fact they actually pulled it out home is even a bigger surprise.

6 Chris Jones

Chiefs and Lions was the game to watch folks, and to me the guy I was most impressed by on the Chiefs was a guy I think is highly underrated defensive lineman in Chris Jones. In the few times the Lions's got beat here's number 95 coming after you hands to the hip to rattle you with a fumble which ended up being huge. Let's be honest the Breelund fumble was a crime against humanity as was the 2nd Golladay touchdown being nullified.

7 Phillip Rivers Philip Michael Rivers is a former American football quarterback. He played for the San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers from 2004 to 2019 and for the Indianapolis Colts in the 2020 season. Rivers was drafted fourth overall by the New York Giants in the 2004 NFL Draft before being traded to the San Diego Chargers for Eli Manning that same night.

Rivers had a very easy solid game against a very intentionally bad bunch in the Dolphins. He had an absurdly 80% Completion rating, and a 130.00+ Passer rating that's how awful this defense is in the first four games they have made Rivers, Prescott, Brady, and Jackson look like world beaters.

8 Nick Kwiatkoski

I could go with anybody from Chicago, but I'm going with a name you probably would not know in Kwiatkoski. If you didn't watch that game who is that? Well he filled in for the surprising Roquan Smith who is dealing with a weird crisis situation of his own, and played great in that role. Another honorable mention that deserves credit is Chase Daniel filling in for Trubisky who in all honesty was off to a very bad start. This could be a good thing for them right now. Having 10 tackles and a sack very impressive showing ears have a deep talented roster on defense at least.

9 A.J. Brown

Did I not say this would be a big steal for the Titans. This was the guy I thought was the best Wide receiver of this class, and he is showing you what he is made of to beat Atlanta's best corner in the slot look out for A.J. Brown. When the quarterback isn't all collapsed near the pocket he has talented weapons to go when much time has been seen down the sideline.

10 Wayne Gallman

Wayne Gallman was big in this game for Danny Daimes to trust in, and get the win at home to a very dysfunctional bunch of the Redskins. Gallman had two touchdowns one receiving and rushing for a combined 118 yards total. Yeah I could of put anybody from the secondary, but the offense of Washington was so bad I rather give credit to a guy filling for the generational back they lost last week.

The Contenders
11 Khalil Mack Khalil Mack is an American football outside linebacker for the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League.
