I think the Lakers are in a much better shape than people make it out to be, but they still could make some huge improvements. Let's look at some of the best players they can get in the 2019 Off-Season.
Kevin Wayne Durant is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association. He has played for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors, and the Nets.
He was MVP of the 2017 and 2018 NBA Finals. It all depends on how quickly he can bounce back. He came back too early in my opinion and could have potentially injured it even worse than it was before.
Getting Kevin Durant would be huge. I don't know if he wants to play with LeBron. Getting Durant though would make the Lakers the favorites.
Kyrie Andrew Irving is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association. He has played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics, and the Nets. Reuniting Kyrie and LeBron could be huge. In my opinion, he is the greatest point guard in the league.
Klay Alexander Thompson is an American professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association. Out of all the guys on this list Thompson is the best fit next to LeBron. I don't know if he wants to leave the Warriors though.
