Top Ten Reasons Why Sonic Unleashed is Better Than Sonic Generations
I love both games, but I personally prefer Unleashed. Here's my reasons why.I believe that the Werehog form is better than classic sonic because of his abilities and the 3D style gameplay... I cannot stand 2D gameplay, I barely made it through generations on the classic stages.
What? I could have sworn this said "I prefer the Werehog over Classic Sonic" Huh?
Actually, Classic Sonic is as great not just because of the character design.

Take a look at the two.
Play Sonic Unleashed and play the Unleashed Project on Generations and you will see how Generations watered down the graphics.
One of the only facts on the list, the other one being Unleashed being faster, having better hubworlds and having a better story.
I still love the Werehog over Classic Sonic though.

Generations Is Better And People Who DON'T think that well... Their Retards
I thought both games had great music. I love all the remixes in Generations (though I like the original Rooftop Run better).

Well thanks to Pontac and Graff we got another terrible story.
Unleashed and Colors had challenging and fun gameplay when using the Boost, but Generations pretty much made the boost an easy way to speed through the levels with no worries about failing or dying.
