He has to make the rules, but I don't know if he created ROBLOX. If you have a Roblox account, you have to follow his rules or ROBLOX's rules, or you might get banned. At a higher level, if your account (even if you don't have one) is good enough, they'll keep you in.
I think that if Builderman actually deleted his account, then all of Roblox wouldn't work. Interesting theory, anybody?

He also has a YouTube channel where he posts random content, and even a Twitter account! I think he deserves a spot on this list. He now has a second account called The Green Gamer, where he uploads daily Minecraft videos and other content. He is a really cool guy to hang out with. I talk to him on Skype.
