85 Lothar Matthaus Lothar Matthaus

Der Kaiser II was the only player who could kill the ball (WC '90 West Germany-Yugoslavia).

The stats speak for themselves. Even pele who I think is the best of all time was in awe if matthaus skills, vision got the game and durability. Pele has him as one if the best of all time.

The most capped player in Germany's history he participated in the team who won the 1980 Euro Cup... this man led Germany in the 1980's and most important part was the rivalry with Maradona in both Inter and Germany he lost to Maradona in 1986 but the 1990 WC named by his name won the Ballon D'or in the same year as he won the UEFA cup with Inter the year after and won the Scudetto the year before... his leadership skills are phenomenal as he played nearly in every single position in the field started as a playmaker then to what was called Libro...

One of the best play maker

88 Marco Reus Marco Reus Marco Reus is a German professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder, winger or striker for German Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund and the Germany national team.

This list is so screwed up how can reus be

Reus is great! Whoever made these rankings made a mistake, I think they meant to put Messi here and put reus as number 1

92 Lukas Podolski

Excellent German striker who plays for arsenal and he was the one who saved arsenal from losing 0-3 against Bayern by scoring at least once. That's why I think he is awesome. SO START VOTING FOR HIM.

Certainly one of the footballers to have an incredibly powerful shot, if not the most powerful shot. His shots are just full of power. (Like in the game vs Australia his shot had so much force not even the goalie's hand could resist the force. ) - radrichiie

Favourite, has the best long shot

Makes all of his shots and shoots three pointers well

96 Kyle Beckerman

Can I just say one thing. I live in Salt Lake. I have seen Beckerman play soccer for quite some time. And I could never... In no way say he deserves to be anywhere up here on this list. Sure he is a great player for Real Salt Lake... But if we are talking about best football players of all time anybody who plays for real salt lake is a joke. Beckerman has no forward attacking abilities and can only do the 'delay game' or pass back to posses the ball well. He does what he does well, but he can't do much. I can't believe he could be ahead of Ashley Cole in rankings... Hahaaahahaahahaa

He may not be the best bit let me just say he is my idol I will never be as good as him and sure there are better players than him he will always be one of my top favorite midfielders

He is my favorite midfielder in the world I know there are way better layers in the world but he is getting better than ever!

100 Steve McManaman

Strong midfielder for Liverpool during the late 90's. Impossible to tackle. The only time the ball would leave Steve's feet is if he chose it. Playmaker, high assists and some great goals.
