121 Jim Baxter
122 Raul Diaz Arce

Total soccer player legend in El Salvador and foundation base in MLS With DC United.. Top salvadorian scorer

123 Giuseppe Meazza

The stadium we all know named by him because of his EXTRAORDINARY achievements scored nearly 340 goals with Inter and Italy and won 2 World cups...

Helped Italy win both two world cups he played in and destroyed everyone with inter

Not many players have won half as many games or trophies as Meazza did. He was exceptional and a cut above what we consider great today. This man was an offensove monster who won every time. No one can accuse Ronaldo or Messi of that. In fact Messi playing at the World Cup have all been mediocre. Same for Rooney and most of the players listed here except Maradona, Di Stefano, Pele, Rivaldion, Falcao, Cannavaro, Sandro Mazzola and the great Muller.

124 Socrates Socrates

OK, first of all, what the heck is up with the picture? That's the wrong Socrates.
Second, I am not going to lie, he is definitely among the greatest Brazilian players of all time, along with the likes of Zico, Garrincha, and Pele.
But I don't think he is in the top 10 ever.
People who don't know Socrates or Zico have to watch the Brazilian Team from the 1982 World Cup, definitely one of the best lineups ever assembled.

132 Enzo Francescoli Enzo Francescoli

Francescoli, who was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, was one of the best players of the modern era. He was a striker with unusual grace and elegance on the football pitch. He was affectionately known as "El Principe. " Watch him play and you will see an artist at work, and understand why he was called "The Prince. "
He was one of the most elegant players of his generation.

Francescoli was noted for his grace and fluid abilities on the ball. These qualities would later influence the style of French midfielder Zinedine Zidane, who has stated that Francescoli was his favorite player as a young boy and even named one of his sons Enzo.

Francescoli is known as El Principe (Spanish) or Le Prince (French), which means The Prince.

Great player, like many Uruguayans and coming from a small country, he punched well above his weight!
