Top Ten Things Sonic 06 Does Right
Sonic 06 is pretty bad. But it does do a lot of things correctly. So let's look at them.
Shadow the Hedgehog is a character who appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series released by Sega. He is an artificially created black and red hedgehog whose hover shoes propel him at extreme speeds that rival those of Sonic. Yes, out of every thing that was horribly messed up, they did Shadow correctly. Yeah!
One of, or even the best villain in the Sonic franchise. He was, in any Sonic related media, the ONLY ONE that killed Sonic. If you think that he's not a good villain, then I think that you should think again.
Mephiles is the only villain to kill Sonic. That automatically makes him the second best thing in Sonic 06. The 1st is the music.
They provided all the main characters up to this point and gave us the ability to play as some of these characters. That's actually a good thing in a Sonic game.
The basic plot is about Mephiles trying to get back with Iblis. On the way he causes lots of fights along the way. This is actually a good plot. This let us how evil, manipulative and awesome villain Mephiles.
Before you kill me, I'll just say that this has nothing to do with gameplay. Without factoring in gameplay he is well made and probably has the most development.
Each level is well made and vastly different from each other. Now the gameplay in them. Yeah, don't talk abou that.
Look, 06 was terrible. But Rise Of Lyric IS EVEN WORSE!
Sorry but Cream is a terrible character. Her absence is what I liked about Sonic 2006.
Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Omega, Rouge, Blaze, and Silver.
