It was first broadcast in Japan on April 1, 1997, in the United States on September 8, 1998. People may hate this anime but it happens to be the most successful video game anime out there.

Sonic X is a Japanese anime television series created by TMS Entertainment and based on the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series published by Sega. People either love it or hate it, but Sonic X was good in my opinion anyways.
