Top Ten Most Wanted Pokemon Newcomers In Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3ds

I know Greninja, Charizard, Lucario, and Pikachu are the only Pokemon that are scheduled to be playable characters in the new Super Smash Bros. , but this is a list of Pokemon that I would enjoy seeing in the new game as characters.

The Top Ten

1 Sceptile Sceptile

We need another generation in Super Smash Bros., and a grass type starter. Sceptile would fill both blanks, and look good doing it. Give him a mega evolution for a final smash, and try his leaf blade and other varied attacks for specials, smashes, and standards. It will be awesome to have Sceptile fighting all those other characters. Who's with me here?

Sceptile is actually a crucial Pokemon to add. They already added Greninja, the Generation Six Water-type starter, and Charizard, the Generation One Fire-type starter, so it only makes sense that they should add the Generation Three Grass-type Starter, Sceptile. - Kevie16

First of all mewtwo is already in the game, you just need to play wii and ds to get it, but sceptile is the best pokemon ever, but I don't like mega evolutions I would prefer if his final smash is his famous move leaf blade

I'd rather have Clemont.

2 Mewtwo Mewtwo Mewtwo is a fictional creature from Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon media franchise. It was created by Dr. Fuji in an attempt to clone Mew.

Jigglypuff has no relevance anymore. She never really did in the first place in the games. They threw her in because she appeared often in the anime, and now they refuse to take her out because "she was one of the original 12." Take out Jigglypuff and put in Mewtwo. It would especially make sense with Mega Mewtwo now (the Pokémon with the highest base stat total in the game).

She was added because she was easy to programed since the resemblance to Kirby. That's the reason she was a Semi-Clone.

He has been confirmed for DLC! I would've preferred him to be available when the game released, but at least he is in the game! - Kevie16

I don't know why Mewtwo wasn't in Brawl. A Legendary should definitely be added, and Mewtwo is definitely the most logical choice. - Kevie16

Not a newcomer. - Drawbox

3 Magneton Magneton

Sounds like a good idea.

4 Tyranitar Tyranitar

A slower, tougher Pokemon that can use Rock, Ground, & Dark type moves would make it so unique for the game! Moves like Stone Edge, Earthquake, Rock Blast (or Rock Slide), Dark Pulse, or Hyper Beam would make it an all new experience, & like I said, just make it stand out (& w/ a wide spectrum)! A final smash could even be a combination of Sandstorm & it's Mega Evolution. Tyranitar & Sceptile are the best candidates (as well as Mewtwo), as they're also from not used generations.

Tyranitar would be the first pseudo-legendary to be a playable character, and a pseudo-legendary fighter is long overdue. Plus, Tyranitar would be the best choice. - Kevie16

5 Eevee Eevee Eevee, known in Japan as Eievui, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

I hate this Pokemon!

Sorry to break this to you but eevees going to be a assist trophy

Eevee could have alternative skins has it's evolutions kinda like Bowser Jr

I love eevee

6 Genesect Genesect

Genesect would be a good fighter because of the gun over its head. Except, just like Zoroark, Generation Five probably wouldn't have a representative. - Kevie16

7 Blaziken Blaziken Blaziken, known in Japan as Bashāmo, is a Fire/Fighting Type Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise .

I love all Pokemon and I am not entirely a Blaziken fan but this Pokemon is really cool. It is just clear that this awesome fan favourite fire type can be a challenging opponent, ally or fun to play as. I'm totally sure that Blaziken is a Pokemon anyone would like to play as in Smash. Yes, I do want Sceptile in the game because of the fire, water and grass starter trio and we already have Charizard as the fire type but Blaziken can still be an exception to the long line of Pokemon in this game.

Blaziken is half Fighting-type, so it would be good in Smash Bros. , but it wouldn't really fit in. It would have to replace Charizard, and then, we couldn't have Sceptile. - Kevie16

Its Mega Evolution being its Final Smash would be so awesome! That would give Mega Lucario some competition.

8 Scizor Scizor

We have yet to have a decent Gen II representative in smash bros, and Scizor fits the bill. Its cool, sleek, and if you have any interest in seeing Scizor in smash, look no further than this Brawl hack: v=cKDLxAgY63Q

Nintendo, do this already!

9 Pangoro Pangoro

The only reason I would like to see Pangoro is because he is kind of the Sixth Generation version of Lucario. To be honest, I think he should replace Lucario. - Kevie16

If any Pokemon should replace Greninja (Greninja NEEDS to be replaced. He was a terrible addition) its Pangoro - randomuser2525

Thousand times by vote if I could but you can not

10 Zoroark Zoroark

Zoroark is on this list for the same reason as Pangoro. The only reason it is this far down is because I wouldn't expect a Generation Five Pokemon to be added. - Kevie16

Well He would fit in well and it it is definitely better than "Genesect" and his moveset could be half lucario and half metaknight.

The Contenders

11 Hawlucha Hawlucha

Hawlucha would be a cool Pokemon to have because it is the only Fighting and Flying-type Pokemon. It would make a great fighter and introduce a lot of new moves. Also, its jump would be flying. - Kevie16

This guy literally screams Smash Brothers. HE'S BASED OFF OF A WRESTLER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! He's got a great design and has the potential to be a rival fighting type of Lucario in the game! HALUCHA IS BEST FIGHTING TYPE

I'm a big fan of Hawlucha I think they should take Jigglypuff out.

12 Nosepass Nosepass
13 Rayquaza Rayquaza Rayquaza is a Legendary Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. It lives in the ozone layer, and frequently stops battles with Kyogre and Groudon, two other Legendaries.

Its badass

14 Remoraid
15 Mega Lucario

Dude, Mega Lucario is already Lucario's Final Smash. You can't just let a Mega Evolved Pokemon be used the whole match. That would be impossible since Mega Lucario would just revert back to normal Lucario after being KO'd.

16 Excadrill Excadrill
17 Mudkip Mudkip Mudkip, known in Japan as Mizugorou, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

Along with Venasaur and Beautifly, I think he should appear as one of May's 3 Pokemon in Super Smash Bros. Omega - HunterBrony101

The Most popular generation 3 starter.
Would also have the most unique moveset out of itself, Torchic and Treeko.
Plus its adorable

18 Jigglypuff Jigglypuff Jigglypuff, known in Japan as Purin, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

Jigglypuff may not be the best Smash Bros. fighter, but it is one of the two Pokemon that where in the very first version, and it has sentimental value to many Smash Bros. fans. - Kevie16

Jigglypuff is already in the game

19 Mantyke
20 Voltorb Voltorb

I could see it now... "Voltorb Explodes into Battle! "

21 Gallade Gallade

Gallade for the win! It would make sense, since he's part fighting type. He could also have some projectile psychic attacks.

22 Deoxys Deoxys Deoxys is a fictional species of Pokémon from Nintendo's and Game Freak's Pokémon media franchise. Deoxys has four forms, Speed form, Defence form, Attack form, and finally Normal form. Deoxys normally have fights with Rayquaza since they both live in space right outside Earth.

Screw Mewtwo, we want Deoxys

23 Palkia Palkia

I wish you hade that Pokemon in the begining.but it will be hard to fight him

24 Torkoal Torkoal

Torkoal would be really good in Super Smash Bros.

He would be pretty slow but have great defense.
He could use great fire moves and have Overheat as his Final Smash which like the game would be stronger at the start.

25 Missingno

I know it's not supposed to exist, but it's still cool.

26 Blastoise Blastoise Blastoise, known in Japan as Kamex, is a Water–type Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.
27 Sylveon Sylveon Sylveon is a fictional creature in the Pokemon Franchise. Introduced in Gen 6, it is a Fairy type Pokemon, and one of the many evolved forms of Eevee. It was one of the first Fairy Pokemons revealed, although its typing was not shown till later. Classified as the Intertwining Pokemon, Sylveon has ribbon-like more.
28 Altaria Altaria Altaria (known as Tyltalis in Japan) is a dual-type Dragon/Flying type Pokémon introduced in Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire. It is labeled as the "Humming Pokémon". It evolves from Swablu upon reaching Level 35, and can mega evolve to have the types Draon/Fairy.
29 Wailord Wailord

I think Wailord is really cute and should be in Super Smash Bros.

He is big but they could still shrink him down.

This guy is huge!

30 Gengar Gengar Gengar, known in Japan as Gengar, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

He's way more popular than Sceptile!

I have no words. I'm not satisfied until you put gengar in the next super smash bros game. Shiet

31 Grovyle Grovyle

Grovyle would be the perfect grass-type representative because of the role he played in the Mystery Dungeon series, he also is more sleek and cooler than sceptile. his final smash should have something to do with Time Gears

He was an amazing character, we need someone to represent the overlooked PMD series, and he's the perfect fit!

32 Decidueye Decidueye

I don't think Sceptile's got as good of a chance now that Decidueye exists. I'd love to see this guy, because he's my second favorite Pokemon, and there's no way Vaporeon is getting into any smash game outside of Super Smash Land. - MrLoser

IMAGINE! It could have arrow based moves, grass type starter, can fly sorta like charizard, could have a z move as it's final smash, and more! This would be perfect honestly!

33 Gothita
34 Farfetch'd

He'd be pretty cool, using the leek to smack people around!

35 Greninja Greninja Greninja is a Water/Dark type Pokemon introduced in Gen 6. It is the evolved form of Frogadier and the final evolve form of the water starter Froakie. Aside from the usual Torrent ability all Water starters have (Which raises the power of its Water moves), it also the the ability Protean, which changes more.

Good news: He made it in!

36 Delphox Delphox

The reason it might be a good fighter. That firesword could be used as a weapon.

37 Zangoose Zangoose

Zangoose has a lot of potential of being a good, unique character and also fun to use

38 Meloetta Meloetta Meloetta is a Mythical Pokémon from the Unova Region. It is a Normal and Psychic Type. When it uses the move Relic Song, it turns into a Normal and Fighting Type and changes its appearance.

;-; so close yet so far

39 Machamp Machamp
40 Raichu Raichu Raichu is an Electric type Pokémon, and the evolution of Pikachu. Raichu is number 26 in the Pokedex. It has an Alolan Form, which is an Electric/Psychic type.

I was going to vote for Clemont, mostly because it would be nice to have a gym leader in the games for once, but he wasn't on here, so I voted Raichu. An outstanding choice!

41 Mimikyu Mimikyu

A lot of potential for movesets. - FrozenHatingPokefan

42 Serperior Serperior

What about Serperior as the grass type newcomer? It would be pretty unique! Sceptile's overrated!

Sceptile isn't really overrated, I just don't prefer it.

43 Aegislash Aegislash Aegislash is a fictional creature in the Pokemon Franchise. Introduced in Gen 6, it is a Steel/Ghost Pokemon. It is the evolved form of Doublade, and the final evolve form of Honedge. Classified as the Royal Sword Pokemon, it is said to detect innate qualities of leadership. According to legend, anyone more.
44 Gardevoir Gardevoir

Gardevoir would be much better than the overused Jigglypuff. She'll get an awesome moveset and her final smash could be a REAL black hole. Yes, she does have a mega evolution, but we got enough of 'em.

I'll be honest, I see Garevoir as nothing more than a 100% Zelda clone. Gardevoir would be cool, don't get me wrong, but it would just seems like we've already got this fighter in the roster.

45 Clefairy Clefairy

One cosmic power and shes tanked up. Not a heavy hitter, but unstoppable defense.

46 Arceus Arceus Arceus is a legendary Pokémon from the Pókemon series. He first appeared in the 18th Pokémon movie alongside other Legendary Pokémon.
47 Magikarp Magikarp Magikarp, known in Japan as Koiking is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. It resembles an orange fish with whiskers. It was created by Ken Sugimori, Magikarp first appeared in the video games Pokémon Red and Blue and subsequent sequels. It is a water type that evolves more.

Up special- Splash.
Down special- Splash.
Neutral special- Splash.
Side special- Splash.
Final smash- Big Splash or Tackle.

48 Groudon Groudon
49 Oshawott Oshawott Oshawott, Dewott, and Samurott, are three Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise that are linked through evolution.
50 Keldeo Keldeo Keldeo is a water fighting mythical Pokémon. It is one of the sacred swords, and it's stat total is 580.

At the moment there are no playable mythical Pokemon, so if they add one, it should be Keldeo! (Personaly, Keldeo is the coolest mythical. ) (And Mewtwo is a legendary, noobs. )
