The Top Ten
The Big One The Big One is a steel hyper coaster that was the tallest and steepest roller coaster in the world when it opened in 1994, with a height of 235 feet. It features a 205-foot drop and speeds up to 74 mph.

Best ride at Blackpool, love the Big One.

1. Big One (Pleasure Beach)
2. Nemesis (Alton Towers)
3. Stealth (Thorpe Park)
4. Jubilee Odyssey (Fantasy Island)
5. Shockwave (Drayton Manor)

Come on, you have honestly got to go on the Big One, why?

It goes nearly 90 mph, really fast. 235 ft high. The drop goes straight down. You have only got a bar that goes across you. Tallest roller coaster in the UK today.

When I was a little kid, I actually said I promised myself that I would never go on it because it looks dead scary. But look at me now. When I first went on it, I was nervous but I absolutely loved it.

By far the best and most scariest roller coaster ever. If you are reading, please put a comment.

Valhalla Valhalla is an indoor water dark ride featuring dramatic fire, ice, and water effects, often noted as one of the largest dark rides in the world. Riders experience a series of themed scenes inspired by Norse mythology across its nearly six-minute duration.

My favourite ride ever! It's in the dark and the atmosphere is great, especially on your first time when it turns you and drops you down backwards, totally unexpected. There are 3 drops in all and the ride is half a tour ride, a bit like river caves. It's got everything: an ice room, a fire room. It lasts for about 5 minutes, which is decent. The queues are not that long either because they get about 10 people in every time.

Love this ride so much but it won't be for you if you don't like getting soaked! Don't wear shoes you don't want to get ruined. I promise you they will! The boat is already up to your ankles with water when you get in. In other words, you're wet before the ride has begun!

Icon Icon is the UK's first double-launch roller coaster, opening in 2018 with multiple inversions and speeds up to 50 mph. It provides a smooth, twist-heavy experience powered by magnetic launches.

This is the best ride you could ever imagine. It's new, it's smooth, and there is no ride like this. Trust me, if you go on it, you won't regret it! I went on it about three times in a row but about five times altogether. You will love it. Best ride ever!

Icon is up there with Smiler at Alton Towers as my favourite ride in the UK. It's by far the best ride at The Pleasure Beach. It flows brilliantly, it's smooth, it's awesome!

Icon is amazing! Smooth ride, comfy restraints, really good elements, plenty of airtime, and the Immelmann loop is out of this world!

Infusion Infusion is a suspended looping coaster built entirely over water, featuring five inversions and various water-based effects. Originally located at another park, it was brought to Blackpool Pleasure Beach in 2007.

Best looped roller coaster at Blackpool.

It was built where the old log flume was, I quite miss that log flume. But Infusion is absolutely 100% way better than the log flume.

Sometimes you could get wet because there are fountains.

Grand National The Grand National is a twin-track wooden roller coaster built in 1935, where two trains race along parallel tracks. It is one of the few remaining Möbius loop coasters in operation.

Scary - I nearly fell out, but I would go on it again! Love it.

Same as Big Dipper but done as a racing competition.

Still a good ride.

The best ride in the UK.

Revolution Revolution is a shuttle-style steel coaster with a single-loop inversion that riders experience both forwards and backwards. Opened in 1979, it was the first fully looping coaster in the UK.

1 minute of awesomeness.

Forwards and backwards.

Big Dipper The Big Dipper is a classic wooden roller coaster built in 1923, known for its historical significance and traditional wooden structure. It features multiple airtime hills over its nearly three-minute ride time.

Classic ride, awesome ride and brilliant.

Ice Blast Ice Blast is a vertical drop tower that propels riders upwards to a height of 180 feet using compressed air, reaching speeds up to 80 mph. It delivers a rapid free-fall experience in both ascent and descent.

Shoots up...

..and it comes back down.

Avalanche Avalanche is a bobsled coaster with cars that follow a free-rolling track, simulating a high-speed bobsled ride without traditional rails. Opened in 1988, it is themed to mimic a Swiss Alpine bobsleigh run.

A bobsled rollercoaster!

It is awesome.

Wallace & Gromit's Thrill-O-Matic O-Matic - This indoor dark ride takes riders through iconic scenes from the Wallace & Gromit films, featuring animated characters and props. It opened in 2013, designed in partnership with Aardman Animations.

The Newcomers

? River Caves River Caves is a water-based dark ride with scenes depicting ancient civilizations, such as Egypt and the Aztec empire. It is one of Blackpool's oldest attractions, dating back to 1905.

Very nice ride.

The Contenders
Blue Flyer Blue Flyer is a junior wooden coaster originally built in 1934 and later rethemed to Nickelodeon characters. It offers a gentle but classic wooden coaster experience for younger riders.

Blue Flyer is ace.

Steeplechase Steeplechase is a unique horse-themed roller coaster featuring individual horse-shaped vehicles that "race" on three parallel tracks. This classic ride, opened in 1977, is the last of its kind in operation.

Speeding horses on a rail with dips.

Red Arrows Skyforce Red Arrows Skyforce is an interactive flying ride where riders can control their own spin as they maneuver their plane vehicles. It was launched in partnership with the Royal Air Force in 2015.

A unique ride where you are in a plane going round on an arm, but you get to control the wings allowing you to swing side to side and even do barrel rolls. What's cool about this ride is the rider can make it as scary as they want.

Nickelodeon Streak Nickelodeon Streak is a classic wooden coaster themed to the Nickelodeon brand, featuring gentle hills and turns suitable for families. It originally opened as Roller Coaster in 1933 before its retheme in 2011.

Nickelodeon Streak is one of the best rides ever as it has various turns, spins, and dips. It's supposed to be a kid's ride but if a kid was to go on it, they would probably fall out or be screaming to get off.

Not the best ride in the park, but it's fun.

Flying Machines The Flying Machines is a historic circular swing ride built in 1904, featuring airplane-style cars that fly outward as the ride spins. It is one of the oldest operating amusement rides in Europe.
