If by lots of them you mean every single one, then yes. No big famous company is going to care if a tiny site full of angry list makers gets mad about something and demands change.

6 Things people do petitions on aren't affecting their lives

What's the point of trying to get rid of a list that just has a subject you find uninteresting or ridiculously biased?
