The title was shifted a lot in 2017. Cena, Wyatt, Ortan, Mahal, Styles,etc.

The championship has become a beacon to determine which star of the future will elevate WWE.

The only reason the championship is do low is because the Champion of most of 2017 is hardly ever on Raw or Events. Sorry I just believe the Champion should be there every week.
