The problem with a lot of the early WrestleMania's was quantity over quality matches WrestleMania 2 was filled with mostly filler matches and this is one of those matches looked like it belonged in a house show than at a WrestleMania. - egnomac

Th match was already a pretty weak match to begin with when Papa Shango failed to show up on time they had to change the finish with Sid kicking out of Hogan's leg drop and Harvey Wippleman causing the DQ minutes later Papa Shango finally showed up and realized that he screwed up the finish much to everyones confusion, it wouldn't have been so bad if it were a regular match but this was the main event of WrestleMania VIII. - egnomac
