Homura Akemi is a fictional character from the 2011 anime series Puella Magi Madoka Magica and its related media. She is beautiful and helps Madoka! She IS supposed to be TOP 1! Although she has weird personalities!
Okay...5 reasons why she needs to be Top 1:
1: She can talk to her past self. She did that in Season 3.
2: She can just appear right behind and kill you like nuts.
3: She can control everything about time. She can put you in the past, the future, freeze you, speed up, slow down, turn back time, Eat time, know the past, know the future, etc.
4: Her past selves can go to her dimension to cheat death. This is how she is still alive after she got killed ever so many times.
5: She does NOT trigger paradoxes. If she triggers paradoxes, how in the world is her clones able to go to her universe?
This girl, for me should be number 1. After all I've said, it should be enough.
