Lucy Heartfilia is a wizard in the guild, Fairy Tail. Her magic is called celestial spirit magic which allows her to summon spirits from another world. She currently possesses fifteen celestial keys, which is an extraordinary number for a celestial mage. She gets along best with Team Natsu, containing Natsu, Erza, Happy, and Gray, and Levy Mcgarden.
Lucy is one of the smartest characters in the manga/anime Fairy Tail. It has been shown that Lucy has figured out most of the arcs mysteries like the Starry Sky arc. Lucy is the most useless scumbag in the whole series. When she's not crying about growing up rich she's crying because she got beat and needs her friends to save her with the magic of friendship. Captain of the failboat of celestial spirits who help her lose. Should have probably turned to prostitution to pay her rent rather than have to rely on a guild to have to carry her through every mission on their backs. Even Happy is a more useful guild member than Lucy.
Everyone, Lucy isn't exactly whiny. Lucy isn't exactly better than Erza, or any other character in fact. Everyone is equally has the same amount of AWESOMENESS in my opinion. Lucy is a truly amazing character! If people have a reason to hate this character, don't even watch the show. Fair and simple. Actually don't even bother trying to reply to this. It is stupid.
She is not worthless. You people say she's a slut? Idiots. Sure, she wears clothes that don't cover up all her body. Sure, she has huge a huge ass chest and hips. But are you kidding me? Look at all the other Fairy Tail girls.
Oh, and you say she's weak? Please, people. She only really began to use magic when she was sixteen, when everyone else began when they were kids. And plus, she GROWS. That's important. It's nice to have a noobie as a mc for once.

Literally acts like she can save everyone and that she deserves to be in Fairy Tail..."Virgo, go save Erza! ", and then Virgo gets beat worse than Erza. If it was not for Natsu, nobody would have accepted her.

Makarov is an inspiring, loving, caring wizard, and one of the Ten Wizard Saints. Laxus was able to defeat his entire guild and get them kicked out of the GMG, which was so epic! Favorite Laxus moment of all time! And he isn't even powerful. Laxus defeated him and his entire guild easily, and he deserves the hate that he gets from Laxus and Makarov.
Makarov is a pretty chill guy, Laxus may have been a dick but he knew his mindset was wrong and atoned for everything and has the best character development, meanwhile the guy is useless and looks stupid.

Poor Lucy. Ichiya is much more worthless than Lucy. Oh yeah! If Ichiya was a female then the legendary self destruct would have said him also a prostitute. Right?

Don't expect every character in the series to be perfect. Cana is a great character, actually. Do you even
know WHY she's a drunkard? Because she wanted to tell her father, Gildarts, that she was his daughter. But Gildarts was always out on quests, so she wasn't able to.

Don't get me wrong she has flaws but there are like TWO of them. Like her alcohol and her clothing choice but that's pretty much it. So dunt mess with Cana, her dad could kill you.

Juvia Lockser is a Fairy Tail Mage . When Juvia was young she was abandoned by her parents because she was followed by the rain . Juvia lived in a orphanage but she never felt at home there she was mistreated by the children there because she was different from them,she was a Mage she had blue hair but most of all the rain that followed her for 17 years of her life . Juvia was always depressed and gloomy she was desperate to find a friend and when she was 15 she met Bora who became her boyfriend for 1 week then he broke up with her saying the words that shattered her heart 'your too gloomy I can't do anything with you I can't go camping or fishing because o you I think we should break up' . ...read more. She only fought 1 person (while in the fairy tail guild) and basically simped for Gray the other times.

Jellal Fernandes is a childhood friend of Erza Scarlet. When he lost his own memory, he was a Dark Mage who desperately sought to revive Zeref via the R-System. Jellal served as the main antagonist of the Tower of Heaven arc and is currently a member and co-founder of Crime Sorcière. How the hell are any of these characters useless? The only really useless character I can think of in Fairy Tail is damn Ichiya.
Exactly HOW is Jellal useless?!?!?! Without him almost everyone would have already been dead since the Nirvana arc.

Natsu Dragneel is a Mage of the Fairy Tail Guild.Natsu is carefree and reckless in nature, and, despite his consistent brawls with the other members of Fairy Tail, he is a fiercely loyal and protective friend. He is willing to go down fighting for his friends, regardless of how futile it might seem. Natsu has a straightforward mind, and often tackles issues with a "hands on" approach. His solution to problems often involve violence. Even when disrespected or faced with obvious hostility, Natsu rarely ever reciprocates the feelings, and often forgoes grudge-holding. You do realize that if Natsu were "worthless", Fairy Tail would be DEAD?
If he was useless the show would be over already.
Sure, Carla has visions, but she is mean and bossy and useless and my least favorite favorite exceed. Ok, that last one is just an opinion, but she is the least like able exceed or even character. (sorry, people who have Carla as their favorite character.)

She should have just given Lucy her two keys and disappeared. There was no need for her to exist after she told Natsu what Sabertooth's master is like.

Loke is a recurring character in the anime show, Fairy Tail. He's a heroic, but flirtatious friend of Lucy.What's his point? To be a fanboy for Natsu? There's already a guy for that, his name's Sting.
