Top 10 Most Annoying Things About Mario Party 1
Mario Part 1 for the N64 is a pretty decent game but holy hell does the game have many annoyances from the game that can really ruin your day and here are just a few moments from the first Mario Party game that can be really annoying.Seriously who thought rotating the control stick for a couple of mini-games was a good idea did it ever occur to the people at Nintendo that it was a bad idea to force players to viciously rotate the control stick just to win the mini-game possibly causing people blisters.
Honestly every time I have too play these I just let myself lose
Unlike other installments after Mario Party 2 you have to actually buy the mini-games.
Many of the boards can lead you to Bowser and crossing paths with him will cause you to lose a ton of coins and a lot of times in certain boards Bowser switches places with Toad like in Mario's Rainbow Castle as soon as someone buys a star from Toad or steps on a happening space Toad switches places with Bowser which is bad news for the player who was inching so close to a star and in Yoshi's Tropical Island stepping on a happening space causes Toad and Bowser to switch places which again is bad for the player who is so close to getting that star.
Mario Party 1 only features 5 2 vs 2 player mini games meaning you'll end up playing the same ones almost every time.
Literally the worst MP 1 board where you get fired out of a cannon and landing on the spot you want to go to like in the path to that leads to the star is all a matter of faith as too many times you land on the space ahead of the star.
This mini-game is all a game of chance the screen scrolls so fast that you basically just end up guessing.
Not only do you have to buy the mini-games but most of them are way too expensive.
