His real name was suppose to be Kakarrot because that's his Saiyan name, and he is the son of Badrock, and Gina. His brother was Raditz. When they sent Goku (Kakarrot) to Earth his grandfather Gohan took care of him. Later on Goku didn't realize it when he was a kid, but he killed his grandfather Gohan because it was a full moon, and Goku looked at it, so he turned into a giant ape.

Raditz is an anime fictional character from the anime series, Dragon Ball Z, created by Akira Toriyama. People can say what they want, but Raditz is awesome! He's my favorite character in DBZ along with Bardock. And he's not weak. In his defense:
- He catches a bullet a farmer shoots at him and sends it back, going all the way through and killing him.
-He's fast in the air and on his feet and has some powerful attacks.
-He wasn't hurt at all when he first meets Piccolo.
-Strong enough to lift a vehicle with a single arm.
-Sends Goku to the ground with a powerful blow to the stomach using his knee.
-Blocks Goku's Kamehameha.
-When Goku and Piccolo teamed up, the still barely managed to defeat him; they only won because Goku put Raditz in a full nelson, giving Piccolo enough time to kill them both.
Raditz also could have gotten stronger if he hadn't died. Saiyans get stronger with every battle they fight and survive. And I really wish he hadn't died so soon. In fact, I wish he hadn't died at all. I really love Raditz and I wish he could have had a second chance. ...more
