All above Lance Storm have all had some moderate success within the WWE. I no Lance held the intercontinental and world tag team championships. But he was never seen as anything special. Regal was great but he got decent things like king of the ring. Chavo got ECW title. Kanes had a lot, Benjamin a solid mid carder. Even when I was a kid he stood out to me and I wasn’t exactly looking for great wrestling ability.
But as a wrestling stand point I would put him second to Regal out of this list.
