1. Kyle Broflovski

   

   Kyle Broflovski is a main character in the animated television series South Park. He is voiced by and loosely based on co-creator Matt Stone. Kyle is known for his strong moral compass and often serves as the voice of reason among the group.

   Too much favoring toward Cartman. Sure, he's good at planning and executing schemes when seeking revenge, but that's it. Kyle has wide knowledge in many subjects and is very smart in class.

   Kyle is one of the smartest kids in South Park. He may not be a schemer like Cartman, but he knows right from wrong in situations and gets great grades.

   I don't think there's anyone smarter than he is in South Park. He's morally and intellectually right every time.

   He and Kyle are tied. Nonetheless, he's shown that he's capable of book smarts. He's fluent in at least two languages by the age of nine, for one. Secondly, after Tsst, he started making As and Bs in his class within a week after being "corrected," something that would be too difficult for anyone else. As far as street smarts and strategy go, he's also the smartest by far. His ridiculous plots are actually genius. Remember the Scott Tenorman incident or when he made a profit out of crack babies?

   He and Kyle are both highly intelligent, but Cartman has a tiny edge.

   Sure, he gets ridiculous grades and needs a monkey to spell, but he planned out a kid eating his own parents, broke into the Pentagon, and I can go on! And he's only eight.

3. Stan Marsh

   I think that Craig may not seem smart when you look at him, but he probably has potential or actually is intelligent. It seems like there aren't very many things that interest him, so it's possible that he slacks off because of that. Also, Craig is one of the more logical and sensible kids in South Park and seems to want explanations and reasons for people's actions, so it wouldn't surprise me if he was a good student.

   If he put his mind to something that he really liked or felt passionate about, he would probably be at least one of the smartest kids in class. Also, I agree with the other person: "CRRAIG SMART"

   He's the perfect foil for Tweek! The latter is always jittery, panicking, overly sensitive, and freaks out over anything, while Craig is always calm, composed, controls his emotions, and thinks more clearly!
