I think if half the spam votes of all the India items on this site got removed, most of the India related items would not be near the top of several lists that they are featured on. This would especially be true with Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, a convicted rapist who seems to get the most spam votes of any India related item on this site.
India, along with several people and things that are from India, should be in the top part of this list.

I really doubt it. Bieber does get many votes, but I don't think many of the votes on him are by spammers. He's voted at number 1 on the lists of Most Overrated Celebrities, Most Overrated Musicians, and Most Annoying Celebrities, he is really overrated, and that many people know it. He's also voted at the top of the lists of Top 10 Worst Singers Ever, Worst Singers of Today, Worst Male Singers, Top 10 Music Artists with the Worst Fanbases, and Worst Celebrities of All Time, but given that there are many people that really hates him, I would say that most of the votes he gets on those lists are legit.

The big indication of vote spamming on this item is seeing it at #1 on the list of Top 10 Most Inspirational Disney Movies.
