I do not know why they put him third on this list, as in my opinion Kakashi should be right on the top. His adorable floppy hair and one eye sharingan totally make my day, not even getting started on that cute mask. I should also mention that he has perfect-shaped... Now underneath mask we know it's a beautiful face due to the episode where the ramen owners see kakashi take it off (unfortunately the audience doesn't) and they are both stunned.
