Originally a five-piece group, vocalist Jonghyun died in December 2017. SHINee is fantastic in every aspect. As mentioned in another comment, they can perform different styles. With the different genres they explore, they bring out all the various dance techniques. Every member has a distinct style to their dance. They have some of the best choreography in K-pop. With their complex moves and the intense beat of the songs, it just boosts the feel of the music. Whether their choreography is the best due to the fast-paced nature of the dance or the difficulty of the moves, it shows how great their choreography is in each of their songs.
INFINITE is the best, hands down. They make their dancing an art and are perfectly in sync with each other. Not to mention the enormous amount of effort they put into making the best performance for the fans. In all the shows and MVs, INFINITE seems to never change. From day one, they had interesting, difficult, and beautiful dances.
INFINITE is one of the best K-pop groups I've known so far. All of the members have great talent, are hard workers, and are into the song when they perform. Really one of a kind. The dance ability, the singing skill, and the passion are top! Love them even more.
Exo is a South Korean-Chinese boy group based in Seoul. Formed by S.M. Entertainment in 2011, the group debuted in 2012 with twelve members separated into two subgroups, EXO-K and EXO-M, performing music in Korean and Mandarin, respectively. To me, SHINee and EXO are number one because I can't even blink while watching their dance videos. From MAMA to Wolf, to Growl to History, to Christmas Day, in every one of their music videos, their dance moves, expressions, and those beautiful faces are unbeatable. Each music video features different dance styles with highly synchronized moves and awesome creativity in the choreography. I just can't take my eyes off their performances.
And about SHINee, it's already been written above. These two sunbae and hoobae boy groups are the best in K-pop until now. No words can express the awesomeness in them.

Every comeback has such insane choreo. I love all the other groups as a multifandom fan. Every group has its own thing they're really good at. SEVENTEEN are the dance masters, it's what they do. If this wasn't just a popularity contest, they should be top dog in dancing.
The members all work together to choreograph their own dances, and the performance unit is extremely talented. All thirteen members are in sync 99.9% of the time. For every performance of a song, they change the choreography in some way. They've even been praised by other groups for their choreographies.
Got7 is a South Korean boy band formed by JYP Entertainment. The group is composed of seven members: JB, Mark, Jackson, Jinyoung, Youngjae, BamBam, and Yugyeom. Two words: Hard Carry. It was complicated and fast to start with, and then on Weekly Idol, they danced it at 2x speed and it still looked awesome.

They are amazing and outshine the rookies and other groups in terms of songs, video concepts, cohesion, dance, and voice. Did you hear Daehyun singing? Or Jongup and Zelo dancing? The unique voice of Himchan and the rap of Yongguk? Even Youngjae is good!
