She is awful. At least Shoya changed and wanted to make up for the terrible things he did to Shoko. Naoka was terrible to her in middle school, and when you first see her, you think maybe she changed, but the minute she sees Shoko again, she starts the same BS over again. She is the only character in A Silent Voice that I can't stand.
While I have read some analysis on her online, what she did to Nishimiya was terrible. Nishimiya didn't even do anything bad to her but she just HAS to be a jerk. I get It, you have a crush on Shoya and Shoya likes Nishimiya, you're jealous at Nishimiya and assumed that Nishimiya is taking your man. You have the right to love and hate, but don't hate on people for stupid reasonings like your hatred towards Nishimiya, who Isn't even stealing Shoya in the first place.
Oh and also, If you love Shoya so much then why don't you just confess to him?!
She is the worst character in the entire anime
She's a good person, sure, but she's sooo annoying. And a mary sue. I don't hate her for being emotionally fragile because I'm also emotionally fragile, but I hate her because she's annoying and a mary sue who has everyone licking her shoes. And her existence is forced because she doesn't really have a real reason to be in the show other than to avoid making the main trio look gay.

An annoying Tsundere who verbally abuses Yu for no reason. She's an awful character and I don't like her one bit. I mean, she slapped Yu after Yu saved a kid. She's extremely terrible and the absolute worst Seraph of the End character, and one of the worst anime girls of all time (in my opinion).

I don't think I've ever hated a Fate character as much as her. Honestly, she makes Shinji AND Zouken Matou look like saints in comparison. And trust me, that's really saying something. Just read a few tidbits about her on the TYPE-MOON wiki or any other website or watch any clip of her molesting her Servant Astolfo in a dungeon and her forcing Astolfo to kill Sieg and you won't just hate her. You'll LOATHE her. Out of the entire Yggdmillenia family and the entire Apocrypha cast, she's just insufferable in terms of her immorality and sadistic tendencies. Sure, many Masters in the franchise have seen their Servants as just mere tools, but for Celenike, she takes it to an entirely new level. She'd treat any Servant not just as a tool, but as a play toy and a slave all for her to abuse just for her own joy and no other reason! No tears were shed for her when Mordred killed her.
