In my opinion, the fashion made no sense whatsoever in the 80's.
I have to go with the 1990's. It brought back fashion from all of the decades of the century, most notably the 1970's, a favorite of mine. In addition to that, the rap fashion is epic. People wore big & baggy chlothing. The mod style is cool too', from the bright colors of the early 1990's to the dark colors of the late 1990's. Even the rave style is popping. A perfect blend between style & comfort, unlike the 2000's, which took the comfort a bit far. I don't much care for the grunge, rock or metal styles, however.
Least favorite- tough call. Probably the 1980's. I like the hip-hop & mod fashion, but almost everything else is trying too' hard. Leg warmers, what the Hell? It's basically the worst aspects of the 1970's.

Tough choice. The 2010s is like the 1980s mixed with the previous decades and also no good, terrible hipster fashion look
