Top Ten List Categories On TheTopTens That Should Allow Users to Add Images

The ability to add images to items on lists is a relatively new feature, and I love how it makes a list more dynamic and appealing. Because of that, I've recently been going on an image uploading spree, on various lists, and even better, seeing the images I uploaded appear elsewhere. But so far, the option is only accessible on animal lists and people lists, and that simply doesn't cut it. There are so many more lists which deserve to be brought to life by this feature, and the quick and easy way to do this is to make the option appear in the places I have listed below. This might as well come into development as some people remember visual elements more than names.
The Top Ten
1 Music

We already get album covers and iTunes samples automatically where songs are listed, but there are some song lists which don't (please fix). But staying on topic, there are also lists about music artists, guitar models, electronic instruments, and so many sub-categories where images are definitive of the item.

2 World

This is the best category to exploit your image count. While creating a countries related list, just type the countries in the item slots and add their flags after the list gets approved

Suppose we wanted to add a breathtaking landscape to famous cities, such as London or Dubai? Or if we wanted something to symbolise a historical civilisation like the Ancient Greeks or the Tudors?

Absolutely agree with PW, cities or other places should definitively make more quality for World lists

3 Movies

Linking in with people, what about characters, actors and directors?
And on a side-note, maybe disable this function on the best movie sex scenes list...

4 Companies and Products

There are so many different looking smartphones, sports cars, laptops, dresses, game consoles, Nerf guns, and so much more, all under the name of one developer, and then even more under several different popular companies. Why not let us show what they look like?
And another idea is to allow a separate box on certain lists where we can detail an item's specification. Obviously, some people will be looking on these lists for information, so why not create a section where we can add source-referenced statistics, such as the battery life and RAM of a certain laptop, or the materials and place of manufacture of a certain brand of jeans?

5 Foods

The best foods list would be more likely to make me hungry if I was staring at a pan full of noodles or a pile of ice cream. And some people could identify restaurant chains more easily by image.

This category definitely needs images - they could ruin your diet though, haha

6 Television

Lists of T.V. series as well as individual episodes can be represented with an image, as can the writers, characters and actors.

7 Internet

With so much use of the internet and so many figures that have become world famous via YouTube and Vine, images from YouTube stars to site logos would improve this particular internet experience.

8 Books

Agreed! I've had to put my favourite book at the moment as my profile picture to advertise it.

There might as well be pics of writers, franchises and book selections.

Agreed, really want to be able to add images here

9 Games

A lot of people have hard times remembering games from their childhood if the only info displayed is a name. Especially if the game is really obscure. So it makes it much more likely to jog someone's memory when there is a picture as well.

Individual and world-known board or video games, consoles and franchises, etc.

10 Education

There could potentially be images to represent subjects, pictures of historic universities, and all the things that have only been made possible with education.
