1 GAPS Diet

Stands for Gut And Psychology Syndrome. Taken if you are suffering from digestive problems related to the brain. GAPS restricts you from consumption of grains, gluten, dairy, starch, and sugar. Making and eating fermented foods (sauerkraut, kefir, kvass) helps with the diet.

The diet is taken for two years and helps to heal the whole of the gut, from mouth to butt, including the stomach, small and large intestines, liver, esophagus, tonsils, bladder. After the GAPS diet is completed, the brain starts to function properly again.

I'm on GAPS! Been off and on it for five years now, but I'm staying on it for a whole year. It helps to cure my PANDAS.

2 Breatharian Diet

No food is consumed. Dieters believe that food is not needed for humans to survive.

I can eat more junk food but not just too much, I don't need to only eat a little bit of it and if I eat 4 burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 bucket of fries, and 1 tea and Coke combined, it won't make me fat. I'm American so I can eat some more junk.

I think it's malpractice, not a legitimate diet plan.

I pity those who are forced to endure this.

Is for people who don't want to eat preservatives, dyes, and artificial flavors. I heard this diet helps your brain to have a higher IQ and it's mainly a diet for kids who have ADHD problems.
