Fantastic Manager, he brings out the best in young players, notably Harry Kane and Dele Alli, he has done an amazing job at Tottenham, bringing in Alderweireld to strengthen the defense, Spurs now have the best defensive record in the Prem. How can he be not on this list?

Excellent manager, has done a fantastic job at Tottenham, deserves a spot in the top 20 for his efforts.

Under him Deportivo played terrific football. They dismantled almost everyone on their way. I recommend him in the because he turned Derpo into a well assembled attacking machine.
