The Bugatti Veyron is no longer the fastest car in the world. It has since lost its place to the Hennessey Venom GT and even THAT will be out run by a soon-to-be 290 mph (about 467 KPH if you're from Germany) (Oh wait if you were you wouldn't understand what I'm saying).
The buggati veyron is the best all of the other cars suck. But the venom is the fastest car now. So it craps all over the buggati veyron

The Veyron is quite ugly and is known to be the fastest car but the Hennessey is the fastest only no one is brave enough to try and beat the record the Hennessey is the best one.

If you include the Koenigsegg Agera RS, then YES, this IS the fastest production car available, with an average of around 277mph, with it's fastest run hitting an impressive 284. Only time will tell how long this holds, since the Bugatti Chiron's top speed is yet to be tested.
NO! The Bugatti Vayron is not the fastest car in the world this beast is way faster. I went to a car show and it said next to the Agera R that it is faster then the veyron.

Talking about Bugatti getting sold out in 24h - there might be a faster car around. Shelby SuperCars (SSC) announced today that their Ultimate Aero topped 257.1 mph (413.76 km/h) in the first run. For the record to be accepted in the Guinness World Records there must also be a second run. The average speed of the two runs was 255.83 mph (411.63 km/h).
In 2012 it was the fasest but they made the bugatti super sport that goes 267 mph before that the ssc ultimate aero beat the normal bugatti that goes 253 mph and the ssc ultimate aero goes 257 mph I still like the ssc ultimate aero better

The McLaren F1 goes down as a god in automotive history. Gods that stood before it were the 2000GT, Skyline '65, Countach, F40, newer cars like the Bugatti, and many more that will come in the near future, the F1 was quite literally ahead of its time. During the 24h of Le Mans, it had a filled podium finish, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. It was the fastest car in the world for quite some time, and still holds the top speed for a naturally aspirated car. If you moved the rev limiter up 1000 rpms and gave it a 7th gear, I have no doubt it could hold the record for another decade. This car, with its iconic 3-seats and Formula 1 technology (hence the name), took the world, both in competitive motor-sports and daily life, by storm. Take the fancy supercharger away from the Bugatti, the brick would never reach 230mph. Long live the F1, long live great britain.

The Ford GT is much better than all of theses other cars. Every car that is above this costs at least twice as much, and the bugatti costs 20 times more! Twenty times more. The GT looks better than these cars anyway, not to mention that when this car came out, it was fatser than all these cars too. It still would be if they still made it.
